- Train, Tohoku and Hokkaido Shinkansen (Hayabusa) to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto + Hakodate Liner: Through the 54 km Seikan Tunnel. Every Hayabusa seat is reserved; the Hakodate Liner meets the trains for the 15-20 minutes into town.
