Terms of service

Tourisma is a free trip-planning tool. It builds day-by-day itineraries for travel within India, with estimated costs, transport options and things to do.

Tourisma is a planning aid, not a booking platform. It does not sell tickets, book hotels or take payments. Bookings happen on other sites (IRCTC, Booking.com and others) that you use independently.

Costs in an itinerary are estimates built from fare tables and typical rates. Some flight prices are live quotes from a fare provider and can change or sell out. Real costs depend on availability, season, how early you book and your own choices.

We don’t guarantee any price. Always check fares and room rates on the booking site before you commit.

We update our fare tables regularly. If you find a significant error, please tell us at support@tourisma.app.

You need a valid email address to create an account, and you are responsible for keeping your password safe.

You may not create accounts for other people without their permission, scrape the service, or try to reverse-engineer the planning engine.

You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. That deletes your account and your saved trips straight away.

Itineraries you save are yours. We store them for you and claim no ownership of them.

Trips are private by default. On Saved trips you can make a trip’s link public, so anyone with the link can view it and signed-in travellers can join it as co-planners and use its chat. You can switch it back to private there at any time.

We may use anonymised, aggregated trip data (for example, popular destination combinations or average trip length) to improve the service. It is never used to identify you.

You agree not to:

• Use Tourisma for commercial tour-operator planning without our prior agreement
• Automate requests to our API beyond normal use (rate limits apply)
• Try to access other people’s private trips
• Post anything unlawful or abusive in a group-trip chat
• Publish content generated with Tourisma without attribution

Tourisma links to booking sites such as IRCTC, Booking.com, Klook, Aviasales and Google Flights. They are independent services with their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or the bookings you make there.

Links to Booking.com, Klook and Aviasales carry our affiliate tag, so we may earn a commission if you book — at no extra cost to you. Links to IRCTC and Google Flights carry none.

Tourisma is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any itinerary suits your needs.

To the maximum extent Indian law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to ₹500.

We are not liable for losses from incorrect cost estimates, failed bookings on other sites, changed transport schedules, or events outside our control such as weather, closures or strikes.

We may change, pause or remove features at any time. If a change affects your saved data, we will email you at least 30 days before.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
