Terms of Service

Tourisma is a free trip-planning tool. It generates day-by-day itineraries for domestic India travel, including estimated costs, transport options, and activity suggestions.

Tourisma is a planning aid, not a booking platform. It does not sell tickets, book hotels, or process payments. All bookings happen on third-party platforms (IRCTC, Booking.com, etc.) that you access independently.

All cost figures shown in itineraries are estimates based on historical fare data and typical rates. Actual costs will differ based on availability, season, advance booking, and personal choices.

Tourisma does not guarantee the accuracy of any price shown. Always verify fares and hotel rates on the relevant booking platform before committing.

We update our fare tables regularly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. If you find a significant error, please report it to support@tourisma.app.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You may not create accounts for others without their permission, use the service to scrape data, or attempt to reverse-engineer the planning engine.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@tourisma.app. We will delete your account and all associated trip data within 7 days.

Itineraries you generate and save are yours. We store them on your behalf and do not claim any ownership over your trip data.

Trips are private by default. When you use the "Share" feature, the trip becomes accessible to anyone with the link. You can control this — shared trips can be made private again by contacting support (self-service toggle coming soon).

We may use anonymised, aggregated trip data (e.g. popular destination combinations, average trip length) to improve the service. No personally identifiable information is used in this analysis.

You agree not to:

• ·Use Tourisma for commercial tour-operator planning without prior agreement
• ·Automate requests to our API in ways that exceed normal usage (rate limits apply)
• ·Attempt to access other users' private trip data
• ·Use the service to generate content for publication without attribution

Tourisma links to external booking platforms (IRCTC, Booking.com, Klook, etc.). These are independent services with their own terms and privacy policies. Tourisma is not responsible for their content, availability, or the transactions you conduct on them.

Some links may in future carry affiliate parameters that earn Tourisma a commission at no extra cost to you. Where this is the case, it will be disclosed.

Tourisma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular itinerary is suitable for your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Tourisma's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to ₹500 (the approximate cost of one month of hosting for one user).

We are not liable for losses arising from: incorrect cost estimates, third-party booking failures, changes to transport schedules, or force majeure events (weather, closures, strikes).

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. For material changes that affect saved data, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
