Khinalug in May
Mixed month: May is outside the recommended season (June – September). Qurban Bayrami (Eid al-Adha) can fall this month. Nothing in our data flags May as a problem, but it isn't the season the place is best in.
The season opens in June, next month. Snow Can Close the Khinalug Road usually starts in December, 7 months away.

Heads up
Stay Out of the Border Zones and Karabakh
Stay away from the Armenian and Iranian border areas, and do not go to Karabakh and the districts around it without an organised, permitted trip: there are landmines. The places in this plan are far from both.
