Once you’re in Keukenhof & the Bulb Fields
- Best time: Late March – early May (tulips peak mid-April)
- Typical stay: 1 day
- November: Better avoided: Keukenhof opens only in spring, for about eight weeks (18 March to 9 May in 2027), and the bulb fields round Lisse bloom from late March to early May before they are cut. From mid-May to mid-March the garden is shut and there are no tulip fields to see; Amsterdam's floating flower market (Bloemenmarkt) sells bulbs all year.
